The whole house fan is located on the second floor/loft. It is a quick and effective way to cool down and refresh the air in the entire house when the outdoor temperature is cooler than the inside. To use it, simply open a patio door downstairs and turn on the whole house fan in the evenings or late afternoons. This will allow the coastal breeze to flow throughout the house. Please remember to turn off the central AC when using the whole house fan, as they are redundant cooling systems.
