A brief list of check out instructions before you leave.

	Maximum of 5 Guests occupancy in the unit. NO visitors in the unit are allowed other than those on the booking reservation.
	There is absolutely NO smoking inside or outside on the patio allowed.
	NO events or parties allowed.
	NO pets or animals allowed unless prior arrangements with the host have been made.
	One covered parking spot #046 is provided. Overnight guest parking must be registered with the host to avoid a ticket or towing.
	This is a family neighborhood and part of an HOA “Mirador”. Please respect quiet hours from 10:00p.m. to 7.00a.m. to avoid a penalty.
	Please respect our neighbors & reduce noise.

	This home is equipped with a whole house fan capable of cooling faster than central AC when the outdoor temp is lower than indoor. For instructions, please click here.
	This home is equipped with 3 smart TVs, with Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney+ subscriptions for your enjoyment.
	For your piece of mind and safety, this home is equipped with a self-locking front door. When the front door is closed, it will self-lock after 15 seconds.
	This home is equipped with Alexa assistant which controls all living room and patio lights, AC / Heating central unit and able to play premium SiriusXM music for your enjoyment. For Alexa & SiriusXM instructions, please click her e.

	We kindly ask that you check out by 11 a.m. Please remove all food & beverages from the fridge/cabinets and remember to take your chargers!
	Used linen & towels can be placed on the bathroom floors. If there are any dirty dishes, please put them in the dishwasher and start it. For dishwasher instructions, please click here.
	Turn off: TVs, AC, Whole House Fan, Lights. Please double check that the gas stove & patio fire pit are both turned off!
	Please close and lock both patio sliding doors and leave the pool access key on the hanger by the front door.
	Notify the host that you have checked out.

	One of the best beaches to visit nearby is “Salt Creek Beach.” Located less than 15 minutes by car. It has plenty of parking, picnic areas and overall rated one of the best surf beaches.
	An incredibly beautiful lake “Laguna Niguel Lake” is only 30 min walk or 5 mins by car. It’s fantastic for kids, allows for fishing, has plenty of picnic areas, cabanas, BBQs, and free to use tennis courts!
